 I would like to take a moment to give Michael Frederick a special “thank you” for all the work he did in removing the ink stains from our carpet on November 18^th. Our puppy had gotten a hold of a green sharpie ink pen and during the night managed to chew on it in several places throughout the house. Green ink clear down into the pad! Oh my!  

After working on it for a few days, I decided I would try Culbertson before looking into replacing the carpet. Honestly, I didn’t have a lot of hope….but was thrilled that Michael was able to come to the rescue. He worked so hard on each and every spot. He was able to remove the spots and our carpet is as good a new!!! Oh my goodness! It’s hard to find the words to express how much my husband and I appreciate the service!  

We have used Culbertson’s for years and have always valued Michael’s expertise in getting the job done. He has bailed us out so many times… including the removal of red wine stains on the carpet. Both my husband and I feel so comfortable with him in our home and always request him to do the service. Michael is friendly and extremely professional.  

I just felt it was time to let you know how much we appreciate his work and how fortunate you are to have him on your team!

A huge THANK YOU TO ALL of the staff of the above companies who came so readily to assist me with the flooring, wall and cabinets in my water soaked kitchen. Such a fun as well as competent group of guys. You are truly appreciated!   

While the frustration and stress mounted within, these Salem based companies came together and did magic to my kitchen, including my personal frustration for not having a kitchen for this Chef! As with any project, there were days that were so frustrating that I wanted to leave home. Yet these guys stepped up to the plate and did wonders for me as well as my kitchen. There was so much going on that at times I didn’t know what I wanted. Yet they came back the very next day and every day until the job was finished. Not only did they return, but at the end of each work day, the kitchen and the garage were so cleaned that you had no idea that they were here working.   

A huge HURRAH to the guys who took me under their wing and rose above this frustrating personality. They are awesome professionally, business oriented and competent. It was my pleasure to be a small part of this group.   

It was such an honor working with this group and to know they were recommended by my favorite insurance person, Sharon of State Farm Insurance. Sharon has been there the many years I have had the insurance and she was again a Godsend as in the past. She will be missed. The office she works at is so fortunate to have her. She does know how to take the bull by the horns when necessary.   

Each ands every one of the guys had the ability to rise above this frustrated personality and return each day until the job was finished. They continued to stay professional….competent…..and with a sense of humor. I have been involved professionally and through my business for many years and I can honestly say they rose above any and all businesses that I have been involved with. They promised me a kitchen better than what I had and they delivered a truly awesome end result! A saying in the business world is “keep your word and DELIVER MORE THAN PROMISED”.   

 THIS IS WHAT BUSINESS IS ALL ABOUT…..A HUGE THANK YOU AGAIN
